Caribbean Export is seeking proposals for activities to increase the competitiveness of groups of firms in any Cariforum country or at a regional level with financial assistance from the 9th EDF CaribbeanTrade and Private Sector Development Programme of the European Communities. The programme seeks to inter alia: f oster intra regional cooperation to enhance productivity and take advantage of economy of scale and promote programmes of impact into underdeveloped areas or disadvantage sectors within the region. Among the activities to be financed are: advisory services, product and service development, marketing services and activities (trade fairs participation, trade missions etc.), training programmes and market research.
